We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Junior School leader with a strong track record in senior leadership, team development, and improving teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised degree and post-graduate teaching qualification (QTS), with further leadership or postgraduate study desirable. You will have deep knowledge of child development, EYFS, and the English Primary Curriculum, combined with strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. We value integrity, emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a positive, resilient approach, along with the energy, creativity, and interpersonal skills needed to foster an innovative and supportive learning environment.

Working closely with the Head of School, the Head of Junior School will establish a Junior School of the highest quality. Providing vision, direction and leadership for the Junior School they will create, maintain and develop a highly effective and warm environment that enables pupils and teachers to reach their full potential. The Head of Junior School will be a highly capable and impressive leader, with the experience and credentials to command the respect of the Junior School and wider school community.
