We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to serve as Head of Prep School. As part of the School Management Team, the Head of Prep acts as the chief academic leader for Years 1 through 6 and is responsible for the smooth running of all daily operations within the Prep School. This role oversees every element of the curriculum and collaborates closely with the Deputy Head and subject leaders to ensure the successful delivery of both the international and Chinese programmes.

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE with QTS
• Evidence of continued relevant professional development, including significant leading role training
• English Native speaker
• Minimum six years’ teaching experience in Prep School
• Proven Prep School education leadership experience
• Previous experience of in international schools in China is preferred
• Experience in project supervision and interdisciplinary learning
• Recent experience of curricular innovation and development
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Passion, hard-working
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
