Salary and Benefits
Rs 90,000 (min) Rs 104000 (Max) per month
Housing Allowance: Rs 25000 / If you are coming with someone, Rs 30000 / If you have 2 dependants , Rs 40000
Fixed travelling allowance - Rs 15000
Air fare - First and last year of employment
13 months’ pay (essentially a bonus) - Prorated in the first year - 1 month of salary as a bonus. In the first year it would be ¼ of monthly basic salary and after year 1 it’s 1 months salary.
TAX First 500k: RS no tax / 2nd 500K: RS 10% / Over 1M: 20%
Requirements
Degree and PGCE qualified
2-5 years of teaching experience in the secondary setting
Ideally experience of IGCSE, A-level and IB
Extensive use of ICT in the classroom
Ability to work in a learning environment of mixed language abilities
