As a key academic leader, the Head of Faculty will:
Lead the strategic development of teaching, learning, and curriculum across the Faculty
Inspire a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Support and mentor teachers to achieve outstanding outcomes for students
Oversee assessment, moderation, and professional learning within the team
Ensure alignment with IGCSE, A Level (or equivalent) standards and prepare students for entry to leading global universities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
Strong teaching background with proven success at IGCSE/A Level or IB
Experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and staff management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural understanding
Commitment to safeguarding and the holistic development of students
