Salary and Benefits
Tax Free Salary Per Month QAR13600 to 23700 depending on years of experience and qualifications
Housing allowance or school provided accommodation
Economy-class airfare will be provided for the employee, spouse, and up to three dependent children (below 18 years old) in the following cases:
a. Upon recruitment from the employee’s country of permanent residence to Doha.
b. At the end of service, provided that the residence permit is cancelled.
Medical services will be provided in accordance with the governmental healthcare policy applicable in the State of Qatar.
Tuition Fees
• Reimbursement is provided for tuition fees of up to three dependents under 18 years old, from Grade 1/Year 1 to Grade 12/Year 13, with a maximum of QAR 28,000 per child per year.
• Reimbursement is processed upon submission of the school’s official payment receipts and supporting documents.
Utilities -covers the full cost of water and electricity, and internet services up to QAR 300 per month (basic plan).
The contract is for one year

Brief Job Description
The Innovation Lab Engineer / Innovation Teacher plays a central role in supporting and delivering world-class STEM and innovation education across the Digital Fabrication Lab, Robotics Lab, and Energy Lab. The postholder supports the curriculum through specialized technical expertise, instructional assistance, and leadership of hands-on innovation programs. They ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Innovation Labs, facilitate project-based learning, mentor students in engineering design and prototyping, and promote an environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and excellence. Collaboration with teachers, students, and academic leadership is essential to this role, along with maintaining school standards of professionalism, safety, and innovation.


Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience
• Candidates below 50 years of age
• Experience in STEM-focused or innovative learning environments is an advantage

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technology Master’s degree, teaching license, or industry certifications
Experience Experience working in labs, makerspaces, robotics/engineering environments, or teaching technical subjects Experience in STEM schools, AP programs, or innovation hubs
Technical Skills Competence in fabrication tools, robotics kits, electronics, and/or renewable energy systems Coding, CAD/CAM, simulation tools, automation, VR/AR
Pedagogical UnderstandingAwareness of project-based learning, STEM pedagogy, and safety in educational settings Experience designing instructional materials or delivering workshops
ICT Skills Strong computer and software skills; ability to use modeling, coding, or lab-related software Knowledge of LMS platforms or advanced engineering software
