The school pay a generous salary and benefits package that includes a salary of between CI$50,000 and CI$60,500 per annum (equivalent to approx £49,000 to £60,000), *tax free*, commensurate with experience on a defined scale based on years of qualifying experience, medical insurance for the employee, school contribution to a pension plan, airfare at the beginning and end of contract, and one free school place for a child of an employee.

Note that life in the Cayman Islands is quite expensive with housing costs from CI$1500 per month upwards. Therefore, it is not feasible for a teacher to support more than 1 dependent child unless they have another source of income.

The school is located in the stunning Cayman Islands, which experience little crime, fabulous snorkelling and diving and a laid-back lifestyle. Note that housing is not included in the package and may cost you CAD$1000-2000 per month depending on your taste and requirements.
