Leading a dedicated team that includes the Deputy Principal / PYP Coordinator, Early Years Coordinator, Head of the Academic Unit, and Head of Student Support Services, you’ll shape a culture where every child is known, valued, and challenged to achieve their best.
🎓 Key Responsibilities
Raise standards of student achievement and wellbeing throughout the Primary School.
Lead teaching and learning within the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework, ensuring high-quality planning, assessment, and reflection.
Inspire and support teachers to deliver differentiated, engaging, and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
Oversee staff appraisal, professional development, and collaborative growth across all teams.
Promote strong home–school partnerships, ensuring consistent communication and shared understanding with families.
Manage academic timetables, budgets, and resource planning to ensure balance and sustainability.
Represent the Primary School at marketing events, publications, and community initiatives, proudly sharing its achievements and aspirations.
