We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Primary School Pedagogue to join a renowned and respected educational group, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of pedagogy across its network of primary schools. As a Primary School Pedagogue, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Pedagogy, school leaders, and teaching teams, championing an inquiry-driven and child-centric approach inspired by frameworks such as Reggio Emilia, IB PYP, and ICA. You will lead professional learning initiatives, mentor senior educators, and foster a culture of reflective practice throughout the schools. Your expertise will support curriculum development, inspire teaching excellence, and help shape the educational experience for both students and staff.
This role also includes the opportunity to contribute to research, design digital content for teacher development, and help align pedagogical practices across campuses. We are looking for candidates with the following education, skills and experience:
- A recognised Degree in Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pedagogical leadership role (e.g., Senior Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Academic Lead).
- Proven experience in primary years education within frameworks such as IB PYP or Reggio Emilia-inspired practice, or Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based teaching and learning practices and documentation of children’s learning.
- Experience working across multiple schools or campuses and leading professional development at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, coach peers, and drive meaningful pedagogical change.
Desirable Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of child development and early years/primary transitions.
- Highly organised, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities across schools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage adults.
