As Head of Prep School, you will be the senior educational leader for pupils in Grades 1–6, playing a central role on the School Management Team. You will oversee all aspects of curriculum delivery (international and Chinese), ensuring continuity and progression throughout the educational journey. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of teachers and assistants, embedding a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and care.

✔ A Bachelor of Education or PGCE with QTS (plus evidence of ongoing professional development).
✔ At least six years of teaching experience in Prep School, with proven leadership responsibility.
✔ A track record of curricular innovation and development.
✔ Strong communication and team leadership skills.
✔ A genuine passion for education and pupil wellbeing.
✔ Experience in international schools (ideally in China) is an advantage.

The pre-tax salary range for the Head of Prep School position will be aligned with the candidate's educational background, skills, and experience but will likely be around RMB 45k a month.
