Join Our Team as a Nursery Manager in Warm and Sunny Doha, Qatar!
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our growing team at Little Academy Nursery Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high standard of care and education for children aged four and under. Fluency in English as a native level speaker is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
• Lead and support the nursery staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff.
• Manage the nursery’s budget and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient use of resources.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest educational standards and practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the nursery's programs and services, making improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse group of staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• First Language Speaker of English.
The salary starts at 17,000 QAR monthly and there is no cap at the moment. It depends on the experience and qualifications and could stretch into the 20s bracket. Benefits include full sponsorship and paperwork support, solo furnished housing, yearly ticket, bonus scheme, and additional perks at our discretion.
