Job Summary:
This International Preschool is seeking passionate and creative Preschool English Teachers to join our international team. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging
lessons in English, supporting early childhood development, and creating a warm, nurturing, and safe learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years. They will be working across several classes as if they are a subjec teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the American curriculum.
• Foster language, social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and interactive activities.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and learning progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding each child’s development.
• Participate in school events, professional development sessions, and team meetings.
• Maintain classroom order, cleanliness, and adherence to school safety policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching children aged 2–6.
• Fluent or native English speaker (preference for teachers from USA, Canada, Australia, or UK).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
• Experience with international or bilingual preschool settings is a plus.
Employment Details:
• Contract Type: Full-time, renewable yearly.
• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Weekly Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
• Salary: Basic salary between SAR 9,000 – 12,000 tax free per month (based on experience and qualifications).
• Allowances: Housing allowance and transportation allowance.
• Medical Insurance: Provided.
• Paid Vacations:
o 3 weeks paid leave during the winter break.
o 10 days paid leave at the end of Ramadan, including Eid Al-Fitr.
o 30 days paid summer vacation in June (end of the academic year).
Note - teachers hired in January will be expected to work in summer school with a reduced summer holiday.
