As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Sixth Form has responsibility for all elements of educational and pastoral provision for students in the Sixth Form, including student academic progress and ensuring attainment is commensurate with baseline academic data. You will be the Fouding Head of Sixth Form.

This is the only not for profit Jewish Primary and Secondary School in SouthEast Asia inclusive of a kindergarten and nursery, and the only International School in Singapore that began as an offshoot of grass roots community efforts. Reflecting the cultural diversity of Singapore, this is an internationally diverse community welcoming staff and students from around the globe. Families from all faiths are welcomed and the school is in a unique position to promote interfaith dialogue and cultural understanding. This school delivers a truly holistic education to its students allowing all children to grow into fully rounded, socially responsible individuals with a love of lifelong learning. Teachers do not need to follow the Jewish faith - simply be sympathetic to all faith's followed in the school.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s in Education or relevant field (preferred).
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Leadership or management training/certification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with A-Levels, IB DP, or equivalent.
• Proven success in middle or senior leadership roles.
• Experience in university guidance and/or post-16 curriculum leadership.
• International school experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and parents.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage change.
• High level of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusion.

Salary and Benefits:

- Monthly salary up to $9800 SGD depending on experience
