The school is seeking a Middle School Leader who will be responsbile for the curriculum management and implementation for Middle School The School’s Principals are tasked with the full responsibility for everything related to the academic programs. Those responsibilities include: curriculum, instruction, assessment, faculty development and student achievement. There will be a big focus on teacher training to many non-UK members of staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., M.A., or M.S.) required
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable international or national school
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School
• Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic supervision
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to enhance school performance
Salary: From SAR14000-18000 tax free per month
Accommodation: An allowance is awarded

- Dammam is on the border to Bahrain which is like a mini-Dubai for our area. There you can find movie theaters, hotel and restaurant chains, as well as an indoor waterpark and shopping malls. We provide our expat teachers with an open visa, so they have the option to travel there an unlimited number of times a year. (There is a fee to use the bridge, which isn’t much, Riyals 100 roundtrip.) The city has several large malls filled with many luxury stores as well as familiar European and Western brands. Given the ARAMCO compound, there is a strong expat community which has helped attract all the traditional ‘Western’ food chains and supermarket food brands. They are located on the Gulf, which affords us direct access to beautiful beaches which many persons make use of for picnics and water sports. They have a few major hotel chains in the city such as Radisson, Movenpick, and Holiday Inn, just to name a few.
