The is an established Pre-school (for 1-7 year olds) that follows the English National curriculum and inquiry-based learning. The school is looking for an experienced Principal to join them in August 2020.

Eligible Candidates should have previous experience as a Head / Principal, or experience as a Deputy Head in a larger environment, a minimum a Bachelor degree in education and at least 5 years. Candidates must be a fluent English speaker ideally should have experience in a multilingual setting, Early years certification, and knowledge of the UK EYFS, KS 1 curriculum. They should be passionate about education and what is best for children at this stage of their development, have a collaborative and team leadership style, be culturally aware with strong communication and people development skills and have experience in South Korea / East Asia.
