An established multi-campus international school group in Seoul is seeking an exceptional senior leader to drive academic strategy across its organisation.
The group delivers a full British curriculum pathway from Early Years to A Level, serving both Korean and international students. Schools are intentionally small, enabling highly personalised learning, strong parent relationships and visible student progress.
This is a system leadership role, not a single-school position. You will shape academic direction across the entire organisation.
Your impact
*Lead and align academic standards across multiple campuses.
*Drive curriculum coherence, assessment quality and data-informed improvement.
*Develop and coach Headteachers and senior leaders.
*Strengthen quality assurance, inspection readiness and safeguarding systems.
*Represent the organisation with Boards, parents and external partners.
*Translate long-term strategy into measurable action.
Who we want
*Qualified teacher with PGCE or equivalent.
*Proven whole-school or multi-school leadership experience.
*Strong track record of coaching teachers and leaders.
*Strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills.
