This senior leadership role will drive curriculum excellence, enhance teaching standards, and support professional growth for staff across all campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the evaluation and improvement of teaching quality across the Group.
* Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous enhancement of academic systems.
* Design and deliver professional development programmes for teachers.
* Support recruitment and mentoring of academic staff.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to implement innovative teaching initiatives and Group-wide policies.
* Ensure compliance with IB and other accreditation standards where relevant.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education (Master’s preferred).
