The Edvectus recruitment team review all the registrations. They will first contact those who most closely meet our current and anticipated needs.

  • The first contact will be by email (so make sure we are on your safe senders list), and we’ll usually arrange a brief chat or ask follow up questions.
    • We will clarify your job search requirements
    • We’ll ask you to complete your documentation and provide reference details.
  • We’ll send you complete information for all jobs we feel are a match and ask you to review and agree, or let us know if you have already applied or are not interested.
    • If you say yes, we’ll submit your tailored application and interface with the school’s leadership and HR team. Nothing more is needed until we contact you.
  • We’ll advocate for you and if you are selected for interview, we’ll help prepare you by sending tips specifically for/from the school  including the types of questions this school may ask, and some key traits they are hoping to see.
  • If you are offered, we’ll answer any questions and help you understand if /how you should negotiate and guide you through the offer/contract process.
  • Finally, we’ll provide  information about preparing  to live and work in your new country and check in on you after you arrive.
