We do not charge teachers for our services, instead schools pay us for finding them a teacher perfectly suited to their jobs.  We are not a job board. Our matching process is complex and includes things such as the kind of teaching experience you have, your teacher training and curriculum background, your match to the visa requirements,  how well your family status matches the school’s package, and how flexible a school is at any given moment with any given job. Our consultants are largely ex-teachers with significant HR training on top who go through extensive training and mentoring.

We save the school’s HR teams time and money because they don’t have to sift through piles of well-meaning applications from teachers who are not right for them, and we save teachers the wasted effort and heartache of dozens if not hundreds of unanswered applications.

However, on our site you may also find jobs that have the school logo and direct contact information, indicating you may apply directly to those.
