The Student Support Services Coordinator (SSS Coordinator or SSSCo) is responsible for managing and strengthening the implementation of the student support program through the school’s Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) at the campus level, and in alignment with the school’s vision, mission and school wide goals.

The SSS Coordinator works in close collaboration with campus-based Principals/Heads, teachers, leaders, families, and the wider Student Support Services team to ensure students' needs are met. This role contributes to institutionalising systems, processes, and policies for Student Support Services while making recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team regarding students’ well-being, safety, and educational needs.

The SSS Coordinator ensures that systems and interventions are effectively supporting students and oversees the implementation of the Multilingual
Learning, Learning-to-Learn, Social-Emotional Learning and Counseling within the MTSS framework, ensuring it is continually updated based on best evidence-based practices.

Candidates should have:
● A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood/Secondary Education, Special Education), Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
● Formal training and/or experience in inclusive education, intervention frameworks (e.g., MTSS, RTI), or learning support.
● Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience within student services, ideally specialised in developing and implementing educational support programs that focus on improving literacy and providing academic, social, and emotional support for students.
● A strong commitment to the school’s beliefs about education, its mission, vision, and high standards and expectations for instructors and students.
● Experience in international or multicultural educational settings preferred
